About Us

We are a family owned and operated small business, and do all of our roasting, bagging and distribution ourselves.

Our coffee is sold in all the Roth's stores, as well as some Market of Choice Stores, New Seasons stores, Safeway stores and many other local markets.

Silver Falls Coffee Co. was started in 2009 by Eric and Tamara Dahl with their three children. Since then, head roaster Mark Kaser and manager Jordan Cox have joined the partnership to keep the coffee company growing and operating smoothly. Mark is Eric's first cousin, who has been working with him for quite some time on his Christmas tree farm. His daughter and niece have also spent time working at the roastery over the years. Since Eric went to school with her parents, Jordan has also known the Dahls her whole life, and went to kindergarten through high school with their oldest daughter. Several of Jordan's family members have also worked at Silver Falls Coffee in some capacity.
