Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within two business days. Due to roasting to order to ensure freshness, we do not offer same-day shipping in most cases. Orders will not be shipped on holidays or weekends. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.  

Shipping rates and delivery estimates


All orders less than $75 will have the option to select either Priority Mail or Parcel Select, for prices calculated based on each individual order. Prices will be displayed for customer choice. Orders over $75 may receive free standard shipping. These orders will be shipped via the best method for the business. 

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.


Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When your order is processed, you will receive an emailed shipment confirmation, which will include a link to track your order. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Silver Falls Coffee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Silver Falls Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

No international shipping at this time We ship to the United States only. 

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns, however, we would be happy to hear from you if there is an issue with your order.
