Subscription Agreement for Silver Falls Coffee Company

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Silver Falls Coffee Company ("Company") and the customer subscribing to the coffee delivery service ("Customer"). By subscribing to our coffee delivery service, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.


1. Product Details  

Silver Falls Coffee Company offers a subscription service for its premium coffee products. The subscription includes a selection of the following products:


- List Coffee Types/Flavors available on Subscription: The Customer may choose from a variety of coffee blends and flavors offered by Silver Falls Coffee Company. Specific product details and options will be available at the time of subscription and may be updated periodically.

  

2. Delivery Frequency

The Customer may select one of the following delivery options at the time of subscription:


- **Biweekly:** Delivery every two weeks.

- **Monthly:** Delivery once every 30 days.

- **Bimonthly:** Delivery every two months.


Customers may modify their delivery frequency as outlined in Section 5 of this Agreement.


3. Payment Terms  

The subscription service is billed according to the following payment schedule:

- The initial payment will be charged at the start of the subscription.

- Subsequent payments will be charged every 30 days from the date of the initial payment using the card on file.

The total amount charged will depend on the subscription package selected by the Customer at the time of signup.


4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription up to 72 hours before the next scheduled renewal date. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to renewal will take effect in the following billing cycle.


5. Modification Rights

Customers have the right to modify their subscription settings, including delivery frequency or cancellation, at any time by logging into their account on the Silver Falls Coffee Company website. Changes will be applied to the next billing cycle.

7. Agreement

By subscribing to Silver Falls Coffee Company’s coffee delivery service, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.
